Oil Dispensing Machine

Our Oil Dispensing Machines are best-suited for filling oil in trucks, tankers, forklifts and cranes. The dispenser has 5.0 to 250 ml batch filling that ideally suits shock and fork lifting. The filling is accurate with +/- 1.0 ml for any batch size with Cp/Cpk >1.66. In addition to this, the filling rate of 2000 ml per minute ensures high production rate. It is also adjustable for filling nozzle height to fit tube and fork length. The zero drip dispensing nozzle is also there for clean shop floor environment. It has PLC Control with MMI that allows finger tip batch selection. The machines also have in-built 25 micron oil filtration support with dual fork assembly.
